Payments, cancellations, and refunds
The amount, deliverable, cancellation window, rescheduling policy, and refund eligibility for a paid engagement are stated in the applicable proposal or checkout description. Do not use an approved-client checkout link unless those terms have been confirmed for you.
Intellectual property
Site copy, diagrams, and public templates may be read and used for internal evaluation, but may not be republished as your own service or product. Client-specific ownership and licensing are defined in the written engagement.
